Welcome to Pizzuto’s Italian Café. We have been serving up the same recipes for over 40 years and wanted to give some information regarding how we make certain menu items.

• Our meat sauce is made with finely ground beef and is NOT a Bolognese sauce: if you desire a meatier sauce, I suggest adding either meatballs or sausages to your entrée

• Our meatballs have breadcrumbs and are made entirely of beef

• Our sausages are made of entirely of pork

• Every pasta dish comes with 1 scissor roll; additional bread is $.50 per roll

• Forte means “spicy”. I would consider forte to be 2-3 stars so you can order “mild forte” if you don’t want full spice

• Our Roquefort dressing is our blue cheese salad dressing

• Our Caesar is egg and anchovy free (ask for white anchovies to be added to any salad if you would like)

• Gluten-free pasta is NOT cooked in separate pasta water from gluten pasta

• Pizza's are 12 inches and 8 slices
